My Contribution:
- Served as Product Manager and Web Content Manager for the complete rebuild of Chromalox.com, an e-commerce website migrated to a new Sitecore platform.
- Spearheaded the complete redesign and redevelopment of the website, leading a team of developers and driving the project from strategy and planning through successful launch.
- Led a comprehensive content audit and consolidation, reducing the website from approximately 4,000 pages to 1,000 high-value pages through elimination of outdated and duplicate content and strategic content rewrites.
- Drove initiatives focused on user engagement, content quality, SEO, and overall website performance.
- Ensured a consistent, responsive experience across mobile devices, screen sizes, and major browsers.
